§1 Definitions

The following terms, when used in this document, shall have the meanings assigned to them below:

§2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an account on pabcor, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuous basis thereafter:

1. You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. pabcor strictly enforces this requirement in compliance with Philippine law and PAGCOR licensing conditions. Providing a false date of birth during registration constitutes fraud and will result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
2. You must be a natural person — corporate entities, partnerships, and organizations may not register personal player accounts.
3. You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gaming services is not prohibited by applicable law at the time of gameplay.
4. You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of any employee of pabcor or its affiliated game providers.
5. You must not have been previously suspended or permanently excluded from pabcor or subjected to a self-exclusion order that remains in effect.
6. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details.
7. You must agree to these Terms and Conditions, the pabcor Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming Policy in their entirety.

§3 Account Responsibilities

Upon successful registration, you assume full responsibility for the security and activity of your pabcor account. The following obligations apply:

1. One Account Rule: Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on pabcor. Maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.
2. Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or any authentication codes with any other person. pabcor will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account credentials.
3. Unauthorized Access: You must notify pabcor support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization. Contact our support team via live chat or by email at [email protected].
4. Account Accuracy: You are required to keep your registered personal information current and accurate. Changes to your name, address, or payment method details must be updated promptly and may be subject to re-verification.
5. Non-Transferability: Your pabcor account and any associated balance or bonus credits are personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or assigned to any other party under any circumstances.

§4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the pabcor platform are processed through the pabcor Wallet. The following terms apply to deposits and withdrawals:

1. Accepted Payment Methods: pabcor currently accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
2. Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is ₱5.00 (Philippine Peso). Minimum deposit amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.
3. Currency: All transactions on pabcor are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Deposits made in foreign currencies may be subject to conversion at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing.
4. Withdrawal Eligibility: Withdrawals are available to players who have completed KYC verification and whose Real Money Balance meets the minimum withdrawal threshold applicable to the chosen payment method.
5. Withdrawal Processing Times: pabcor targets same-day processing for GCash and Maya withdrawals submitted during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three (1–3) business days depending on the receiving financial institution. Processing times are targets and not guarantees.
6. Withdrawal of Bonus Funds: Bonus credits and any winnings generated from bonus play may only be withdrawn after the applicable wagering requirements have been fully satisfied. See Section 5 for bonus-specific terms.
7. Right to Request Documentation: pabcor reserves the right to request supporting documentation for any deposit or withdrawal transaction as part of its anti-money laundering (AML) and KYC obligations. Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in transaction suspension.
8. Transaction Errors: In the event of a system or processing error that results in an incorrect credit to your account, pabcor reserves the right to reverse such credits after notifying you. You must not rely on erroneously credited funds.

§5 Bonuses & Promotions

pabcor offers various promotional incentives to eligible registered players. Participation in any promotion is subject to the following general terms, in addition to any promotion-specific terms published at the time the offer is made:

1. All bonuses issued by pabcor are subject to a wagering requirement unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms. Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before associated funds become withdrawable.
2. Bonuses are credited to a player's account as bonus credits and are distinct from Real Money Balance. Wagers are typically deducted first from Real Money Balance unless the promotion specifies otherwise.
3. pabcor reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, subject to honouring obligations already accrued by eligible players at the time of cancellation.
4. Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per registered player, per household, per device, and per IP address. Circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple accounts constitutes abuse and will result in forfeiture of all associated bonuses and account suspension.
5. pabcor reserves the right to refuse, revoke, or claw back any bonus if, in its reasonable determination, a player has engaged in bonus abuse, arbitrage betting, or any strategy designed to exploit promotional terms without genuine recreational gameplay intent.
6. Bonus credits expire if wagering requirements are not completed within the timeframe specified in the promotion terms. Upon expiry, unused bonus credits and associated winnings will be forfeited without compensation.
7. Certain games may contribute differently toward wagering requirements. Contribution rates by game type are published in the promotion-specific terms.

§6 Gameplay Rules

1. All games available on pabcor use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer systems supplied by licensed third-party game providers. Game outcomes are determined by these systems and are not influenced by pabcor operators.
2. Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Players are responsible for verifying all bet details before confirmation.
3. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or system error that interrupts an active game round, pabcor will investigate and resolve the issue in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy. pabcor's liability in such cases is limited to the return of the stake placed in the affected round.
4. pabcor reserves the right to void bets and withhold payouts where there is reasonable evidence of technical error, data feed failure, or circumstances that would render the settlement of a bet manifestly incorrect.
5. For sports betting markets, pabcor reserves the right to suspend markets, limit bet sizes, or void wagers where there is evidence of match manipulation, data irregularities, or regulatory directive.
6. Maximum win limits may apply on certain games and promotional offers. Applicable limits are displayed within the game interface or promotion terms.

§7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the pabcor platform. Engaging in any of the acts listed below constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or facilitating the use of another person's account on your behalf.
• Providing false, incomplete, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any advantage not available to regular players.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or platform vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any such exploitation must be reported to pabcor support immediately.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to manipulate game or sports outcomes.
• Using the pabcor platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity. pabcor is required by law to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputes with payment providers in bad faith while retaining gaming winnings derived from the disputed funds.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing pabcor staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Attempting to access or interfere with other players' accounts or any part of pabcor's backend infrastructure.

§8 Suspension & Termination

1. pabcor reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a breach of these Terms has occurred or is likely to occur.
2. Upon account closure, any Real Money Balance remaining after the deduction of applicable bonus obligations, pending transactions, and any amounts owed to pabcor will be returned to the Player via the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to completed KYC verification.
3. Bonus credits and any winnings derived solely from bonus play that have not yet satisfied applicable wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure, regardless of the reason for closure.
4. Players who wish to close their own account may do so at any time by contacting pabcor support. Self-requested closures for responsible gaming reasons will be honoured immediately and without condition. See Section 9 for responsible gaming tools.
5. pabcor may also suspend accounts pending the outcome of investigations into suspected fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or other prohibited conduct. During such investigations, access to funds may be withheld until the investigation is resolved.

§9 Responsible Gaming

pabcor is committed to promoting safe and responsible gaming practices for all Filipino players. The following tools and policies are available to support player wellbeing:

1. Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the account settings panel at any time. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period before taking effect; limit decreases apply immediately.
2. Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session duration reminders that will notify them of their time spent on the platform at defined intervals.
3. Cooling-Off Periods: Players may apply a temporary break from the platform ranging from 24 hours to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, login access is suspended.
4. Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently exclude themselves from pabcor may submit a self-exclusion request through account settings or by contacting pabcor support. Self-exclusion is immediate and irrevocable for a minimum period of six (6) months.
5. Age Verification: pabcor enforces the 21+ age requirement at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Players under 21 years of age must not attempt to register or access the platform.
6. PAGCOR Resources: pabcor supports the responsible gaming resources and programmes maintained by PAGCOR. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to visit the PAGCOR website or contact their responsible gaming helpline for assistance.

§10 Privacy & Data

Your personal data is collected, stored, and processed by pabcor in accordance with the pabcor Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). By using the pabcor platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. Key points include:

• Personal data collected during registration and KYC is used for account management, regulatory compliance, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes.
• pabcor does not sell personal player data to third parties for marketing purposes.
• Transaction data, including deposit and withdrawal records, is retained for a minimum period as required by PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine tax and financial reporting laws.
• Players have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, subject to pabcor's regulatory retention obligations. Such requests may be submitted to [email protected].
• pabcor uses industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect personal and financial data in transit and at rest.

§11 Limitation of Liability

1. The pabcor platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pabcor makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness of the platform for any particular purpose.
2. pabcor shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform, including but not limited to losses arising from network failures, game malfunctions, or unauthorized access to your account resulting from your own failure to secure your credentials.
3. pabcor's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any single incident or series of related incidents shall not exceed the Real Money Balance held in that Player's pabcor account at the time the liability arose.
4. Nothing in these Terms limits pabcor's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

§12 Intellectual Property

All content on the pabcor platform — including but not limited to the pabcor brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, and game content supplied by licensed providers — is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pabcor platform for personal recreational purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any pabcor content without prior written authorization.

§13 Amendments to These Terms

pabcor reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the pabcor platform. Continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The most current version is always available at pabcor.org/terms-conditions.

§14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

1. These Terms and Conditions and any dispute arising from or in connection with your use of the pabcor platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
2. In the event of a dispute, players are encouraged to first contact pabcor's customer support team, as the majority of issues can be resolved quickly at this level without formal proceedings.
3. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Manila, Philippines, unless an alternative dispute resolution mechanism is agreed upon in writing between the parties.
4. Players may also raise complaints relating to pabcor's regulatory conduct with PAGCOR through the channels established by that body.
